Lines become material.
Masonry, plaster and low-e glazing sweep over the frame. The drawing turns into a building.

Then it becomes a home.
Furniture layout, joinery and a material palette are fitted room by room, and the lights come on.

And it goes to site.

Finishes are chosen from stock that BBS InfraTech can actually source at the right price. The palette on screen is the palette that reaches your site.
Photoreal 3D & walkthrough
The same model renders to daylight and dusk stills and a walkthrough, so a decision is made looking at the room, not at a plan you can't read.
Quantities & handoff
Areas, quantities and a material schedule come off the model directly, and pass to vetted contractors and procurement inside the BBS platform.

A model trained on Western suburban housing does not know what a 200 sq. yd. Delhi plot with a 3 m front setback and a stilt parking wants to be. Architake is being built the other way round.
